Theres thirty people in the kitchen
And theres always room for more

- Great Big Sea

Today's Mongol Minute is brought to you by Griffin, the Youngest Mongol. It seems that yesterday, the YM got on the bus at the end of the school day as usual. The bus driver was outside of the bus helping children on. It is not clear whether the engine was on or not and reports vary as to exactly what the YM did at this point. He insists that he merely extended his hand towards the door controlling lever (I am sure this has an actual name but I do not know what it is.) If we are to believe the MM, the YM sat in the bus drivers seat and put his hands on the steering wheel, as if to drive off.

Wasn't there a Curious George story similar to this? The similarities are striking between the two. Curious George broke his arm, the YM has broken his twice. They both like bananas and hanging upside down. The main difference is that I am not the Man with the Yellow Hat. I am not going to rescue the YM, put him on my shoulder and take him home and tell him everything is going to be all right. Instead, his little butt may be in an extended timeout and he will lose priveleges, depending on just what he did.

For all you great Big Sea fans out there, GBS has a new album that will be out in this country next week. It has already been released in Canada last week and is an album of traditional Newfoundland music. The title is "The Hard and The Easy"
