Introduction and Silly Mythological Quiz

Since this is my first real entry, it seems only polite to introduce myself. Except that is really the problem, now isn't it? I could tell you my name and all that other boring stuff but that wouldn't really tell you who I am. So perhaps this entire creative writing exercise is an attempt to divine exactly who I am and why I am doing this. Perhaps I can amuse in the process..... I guess one way to begin is to be oblique and tell you what I am similar to. It's just like that old game I like to play with the vegetables. "If I was a vegetable, what would I be?" But now we don't do the work ourselves; we have little quizzes to do the thinking for us. So here is the answer to a popular little quiz I took earlier today. The funny thing is, I didn't really learn anything about myself. Maybe you will. But as a description, given the other choices, this is close enough. Of course, I don't think my wings are quite as big as the illustration.... Maybe it explains why I have collected them for over 20 years. Maybe tomorrow we can play "Guess my Meyers-Briggs Type."
